Originally born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Grace has been a part of the Central Florida community since 1991. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and ranked in the top 20% of her class.
