Why I Became a Lawyer
Before I ever argued a case, I was a paralegal. Working inside the legal system gave me something most attorneys never get — a ground-level view of what clients actually go through. I saw the fear, the confusion, and the moments where the right advocate made all the difference. That experience didn’t just lead me to law school. It defined the attorney I became.
I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and have been part of the Orlando community since 1991. After earning my degree from the University of Central Florida, I went on to Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where I graduated cum laude in the top 20% of my class. But the credential I’m most proud of is simpler: my clients trust me.
I chose Family Law and Personal Injury because these are the moments that change lives — a divorce, a custody battle, a serious accident. The people facing these situations deserve more than a lawyer who processes paperwork. They deserve someone who fights.
As a fluent Spanish and English speaker, I’m proud to serve Orlando’s Hispanic community with culturally competent, bilingual representation. Language should never be a barrier to justice. Hablamos tu idioma.

Angel Perez
Angel A. Perez, Esq. serves as Of Counsel to Grace Law P.A., focusing on Florida personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Perez brings a strong work ethic and client first mindset to every case. He has been a Central Florida resident since 2012 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Before practicing law, Mr. Perez spent nearly a decade working within the insurance industry. That experience gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims, allowing him to better advocate for injured clients.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar and is fluent in Spanish, proudly serving the Central Florida community.
Outside the office, Mr. Perez enjoys practicing Jujitsu and spending time outdoors with his family.
